Processing Times
Most orders will have a processing time of 3-5 business days, BEFORE shipment. (It may be sooner if the item is already made.)
Please consider the time for the product to be made and packaged.

We currently ship only within the USA via USPS, and select countries (New Zealand, Canada, Australia, and United Kingdom, etc). Contact us first if you're from another country & want to order.

Most orders are dropped off at the post office within 5-7 business days of your order placement. Exceptions (such as pre-orders) will be noted on the product page.

First-Class Shipping will deliver 2-5 business days

Please contact us or send a DM on our Instagram if you need your item sent by a certain date, and we will do our best to accommodate.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal and credit/debit cards! This includes if you have a Venmo or Cashapp debit card! They all work :)

What is your return and cancellation policy?
In most cases, we do not accept returns. All sales are final since each item is handmade.
If you placed an order that you decided you would like to cancel, please contact us or send us a DM on Instagram within 2 hours of your order placement.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only offer shipping within the USA, NZ, UK, AU, and more. We are based in Texas, USA. If you are international, please contact us or send us a DM on Instagram to ask first before ordering. Shipping fees are usually $14+, so please keep this in mind. We will calculate the price and let you know, but you must prepare to pay that fee.
